  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and bank.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items, gift cards, and promotional products cannot be refunded.

  • Any product not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.

🕒 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe:

⚡ Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
